Package Your Item
Carefully place your handbag or accessory back into its original dust bag and protective packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
